Return Policy
If, for any reason, you decide not to keep the jewelry you purchased at Custom Jewelry, you may return or exchange it within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund or store credit.
In the case of a refund, if the purchase was made by credit card, your account will be credited at the time of the return. If the purchase was made by cash or check, we will mail a check to you for the full amount of the purchase price within thirty (30) days.
Any items to be returned or exchanged must be new, unworn, and unaltered in any way by another jeweler. Custom designs, special orders, and items that have been custom modified to your specifications are ineligible for return or exchange.
Any items purchased with documents (e.g. diamond certificate, etc.) must have the original documents upon its return. You will be charged a fee of $250 to replace missing diamond certificates.
Warranty Information
Custom Jewelry will stand behind every piece of diamond and color stone jewelry we sell for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without any charge if any defects are found during this period.
Your jewelry will need maintenance over time. Custom Jewelry will, free of charge, clean and inspect your jewelry as often as you would like. We may recommend replacing/ repairing a prong and/ or other parts of the mounting in order to eliminate the possibility of further damage or loss of stones. In the event that a repair is required, such as re-tipping, you will be charged a nominal fee. If the customer chooses not to have the required repair done at the time it is recommended, the warranty will be void. The warranty will be considered invalid should the article of jewelry be worked on by another jeweler other than Custom Jewelry. The warranty does not cover accidental loss (of stones), neglect, or theft of the item.
Custom Jewelry urges you to insure your jewelry for casualty loss and provides two copies of an insurance replacement appraisal at no additional cost to you.
